Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a drop-off receipt for your tracking records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
